Ice Fishing Event In Owatonna

The Owatonna Park and Rec is having their second annual Family Ice Fishing Event on Sunday, Feb. 8 at Lake Chase from 1:30-3:30 p.m.

The event is free to everyone, kids 15 and younger fish without a license.

Other notes:

No equipment is required, please bring your own gear as there are a limited amount of ice fishing rods.

Bait will be provided.

Free giveaways for kids who visit all stations.

Prizes for kids 15 and younger who catch the top three longest fish.

Hole drilling demonstrations will be at 2, 2:30 and 3.
