Here are The Best Places to Get Waffles in Minnesota

Today is National Waffle Day and in celebration, I am naming the best places to get waffles in the state of Minnesota! I’m pulling from different sources, and unfortunately, while a majority of them are in Minneapolis (I was hoping for more variety than the cities) these are the best places for more extravagant and delicious waffles.

1. The Buzz Café

I have been to this cute and quaint place and it is delicious. Located at 411 Burnsville Pkwy, Burnsville, MN 55337, The Buzz Café has amazing waffles that include things like birthday cake or banana split, and gluten-free options too!

2. Jensen’s Café

Also located in Burnsville, Jensen’s Café is another classic you need to try! Located at 12750 Nicollet Ave S Burnsville, MN 55337, and if you want to even leave the waffle menu, they have stuffed french toast!

3. Waffle Bar

There is a reason there are two locations of this place (one in Lakeville and one in Minneapolis) and it is because this place is a must go! As one of the commenters on Yelp put it “this place is like the Haagen Dazs of Waffles” and they even have bubble tea, frozen yogurt and ice cream!

4. Black Coffee and Waffle Bar

If you were in high school between 2013 to present, you already know this place is the "it" place! I mean I would go for the food, but some people go because of the famous Black coffee and Waffle bar wall to take pictures. But I will say, their food and coffee is delicious! Located at 1500 Como Ave SE Minneapolis, MN 55414.

5. Waffleous

This one is new to me but it looks very intriguing especially because I have the biggest sweet tooth and their logo is “sweets and coffee” they serve Fresh Belgian-inspired liege waffles with choice of your favorite topping! Located at 505 E Lake St Minneapolis, MN 55408

6. Tbsp. Liege Waffles

Want more of a variety than just the sweet flavors, well then you have to try this place, located at 2813 W 43rd St Minneapolis, MN 55410, Tbsp. Liege Waffles has many different kinds and you can even order online and order things such as a pack of their frozen waffles.

7. Hi-Lo Diner

If you want to branch out from Waffles this is another good place to go, but I have heard all about their waffles! Located at 4020 E Lake St Minneapolis, MN 55406, this old style diner takes you back, but many reviews say the food is phenomenal.
