We are all concerned about COVID-19 and it's impact on our daily lives. This is especially true when it comes to food and the safety of our food supply. There were a lot of headlines about the Smithfield hog processing plant in Sioux Falls that shut down for at least 2 weeks because a number of employees came down with COVID-19. The plant was shut down not because consumers could get COVID-19 from the pork but for safety concerns of employees.

There is a lot of information on thousands of websites about COVID-19. Some of it is true, much of it is not. Some of it is scam artists trying to sell you something or they have an agenda to advance.
