Southeast Minnesota and western Wisconsin are in a flash flood watch tonight from 9PM until 7AM tomorrow morning.

According to the National Weather Service, "Thunderstorms are expected to develop later this evening across southeast Minnesota and west central Wisconsin. Multiple storms
could move over the same location bringing a few inches of rain in just a couple of hours, which could cause rapid rises on small rivers and streams and low water crossings. Never drive through flood waters."

The flash flood watch includes the counties of Rice, Goodhue, Waseca, Steele, Faribault, Freeborn, as well as Rusk, Pierce, Dunn, Pepin, Chippewa, and Eau Claire.
