The Packers finished the night with 23 total shots on goal.  Six in the first period, 10 in the second and 7 in the third period.

Senior goalie Seamus O'Connor was in net for the first two periods.  Senior Jack Knutson took over the position during running time in the third period.

Knox was very good the first period, stopping 22 shots, but the Falcons came out in the second period with clearly a different offensive mentality.

Eighth grader Tommy Kunze started the scoring 2:47 into the game with assists from classmate Jackson Kath (11) and sophmore Oliver Linnemann (9).  Twenty six seconds later Brody Redding (5), sophmore, scored on a breakaway with classmate Logan Peroutka (4) and senior Jax Bokman(1) getting the assists.

Faribault didn't take long to score in the second period either.  1:58 into the period Kath got his (8) goal of the year.  He was assisted by Kunze (5) and Bokman (2).

Thirty three seconds later Redding achieved his second goal of the game and 6th of the season.  He was assisted by sophmore Brayden Larson (9).

Larson notched his first goal of the year with assists by Redding (3) and senior Nathan Menard (1).  Menard (1) also scored in the slot following a beautiful pass from sophmore Ben Stoessel from the Austin blue line.  Linnemann was awarded another assist on that goal.
