Extras Needed Today for Movie in Owatonna; Be A Part of ‘Warped Tour’

Goings on at the Steele County Fairgrounds, they are filming parts of the movie "Summertime Dropouts" today. You can be a part of the excitement and fun, just South of the Four Seasons building.

The details for today are: "JOIN US FOR A MOCK-WARPED TOUR FEATURING Pop/Punk Sensation SIMPLE PLAN!! This is for a scene in our movie, Summertime Dropouts. We need EXTRAS for crowd scenes, talking, having fun and jamming out to our bands! KNOW SOMEONE WHO LOVE WARPED TOUR, MUSIC AND WANTS TO HANG WITH US?"

I headed over there and saw people already getting excited to film this event, and I got a couple of pictures. How much fun is this? And, to think I drove through the set in another location. I would love to be an extra, but, I get the feeling that a middle-aged woman just doesn't fit in with the crowds at this kind of festival. Oh well, maybe next time.
