Deadly ATV Crash In Southwest Minnesota

Willmar, MN (KROC AM News) - A southwest Minnesota man was killed in an ATV crash late Friday night.
The Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to “a possible ATV crash with unknown injuries” at 12:03 am Saturday.
The office says deputies found the driver “had been partially ejected and pinned.” The victim was given CPR but was pronounced dead at the scene.
The sheriff’s office says the ATV was on a rural road when the driver lost control, went into a ditch, and struck an approach, “causing the ATV to overturn landing on its side. “
The driver was identified as a 35-year-old man from Atwater. His name will be released after his family has been notified.
