Mineral Springs Brewery is ready for the holidays! That's right. Their beloved winter igloos are back just in time for winter.

Igloo dining is all the rage right now. If you haven't tried it out yet, you can reserve a spot here.

The brewery started building the igloos in late October. You can watch a video of the process below. (Honestly, it seems rather easy. Perhaps I should construct myself one!)

It's no surprise that this Owatonna brewery has become a staple, but conducting business isn't always easy.

On November 29th, Mineral Springs Brewery took to Facebook to share some disheartening news with patrons.

They wrote:

"With regret, but also a dose of reality, we want to convey some pricing changes we’re making at MSB. Over the past two years, we’ve dealt with rising costs relating to almost every aspect of the operation, yet have consistently held firm on our beer pricing. Some recent grain pricing changes tipped the scales, and we feel it’s prudent for us to respond. Effective today, we’ve moved the price point by $1 for most of our brewed products. MSB will continue to absorb credit card fees and taxes, sticking with our flat dollar pricing. We remain firmly committed to providing the best brewery experience/value around. We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support of MSB."

At this point, the price increase is almost expected. To put it simply, the world is expensive, and it gets more and more so every day, but don't let that discourage you from supporting this fantastic local business.

You can find Mineral Springs Brewery at 111 N Walnut Ave in Owatonna.
