Byron, MN (KROC AM News) - A Byron man was arrested over the weekend for a reported assault outside a bar.
Olmsted County Sheriff’s Capt. Scott Behrns says 21-year-old Perrin Barber was at 3-D’s Sports Bar in Byron Friday evening when he was cut off after becoming intoxicated and asked to leave by the owner.
Behrns says the 52-year-old owner went outside to check on Barber and the two exchanged words. Behrns says Barber grabbed the owner and threw him to the ground, fracturing one of his elbows.
Barber was located Saturday and arrested on a felony assault charge.
