Before you continue reading please know that I am not a food scientist – I’m just a guy that ends up throwing away a lot of expired food. I don’t like wasting food or money so earlier today when I saw an article on my Facebook newsfeed about foods that you can eat after their expiration date, I immediately clicked it to learn more.
