The good news, for those who like warmer weather, is that it appears spring has arrived, or maybe we are just skipping right to summer after a cold and wet April.
The good news is that the National Weather Service wrote we should see some sun tomorrow afternoon, and to go along with that sunshine we should see warmer temps with highs expected to be in the mid-50s.
Like a cruel magic trick, it's back to reality here in Southern Minnesota. After seeing temps reaching into the 70s yesterday, the National Weather Service in the Twin Cities is reminding Minnesotans that we are heading back below normal for the foreseeable future.
Friday's possible weather isn't great news for folks who plan on attending the American Truckers Freedom Convoy, if there is snow and ice, it won't be easy going for those driving or for those wanting to show their support along the way.
According to a post from the National Weather Service, the Mankato area saw a large amount of snowfall yesterday, the Albert Lea area also saw some of the higher amounts of snow too.
