Andrew Zimmern, a three-time James Bread Award-winning TV personality, chef, food writer, Minneapolis resident, compiled a list of his favorite farm-to-table restaurants in Minnesota.

I've been told all my life to never judge a book by its cover, and now I'm passing that wisdom on to you. Even though these places don't look like much, the food is overwhelmingly tasty.

Everyone should know by now that I love to go out to eat, and luckily Minnesota is full of delicious gems. Naturally, Minneapolis and St. Paul are massive breeding grounds for delectable eateries, but which ones stand out among the masses?

Thankfully, after a year of chaos, things are returning to normal... except for one thing. No one wants to work. Nearly every business is looking for new hires. Unfortunately, this has especially hurt the food and retail industry, and one Waseca business is paying the consequent price.

Most places in the world consider this plant a weed. In Minnesota we put it in everything, and burgers are no exception.
