A news release issued by the Lake City Police Department says law enforcement became aware of the threat around 4:20 Sunday afternoon.

Officers responded to the gunfire in the area of the Subway restaurant, located at n the 1300 block of North Lakeshore Dr. just before 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 10.

The injuries suffered by the shooting victim were considered to be life-threatening.

The shooting victim was transported to Rochester for treatment.

The State Patrol says the crash was reported around 11:30 PM.

The State Patrol responded to the crash in Goodhue County around 6:00 Wednesday morning.

The deadly incident occurred Friday afternoon on Highway 60.

He was one of three passengers riding in a pick-up truck involved in a collision with a semi truck.

The alert was issued Thursday by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) on behalf of the Lake City Police Department.
