The Commercial driver provided law enforcement with a breath sample which gave a result of .23 BAC

35-year-old Dean Drager Jr. was taken into custody without incident after being found near a church.

The pills were found in small plastic “gem bags” printed with black spades on them. Persons finding these pills are advised to not ingest them.

The stolen property was from crimes in Rice County as well as numerous surrounding counties. Even as far as the Brainerd area. The recovered property was valued at well over $35,000

The Rice County Government Services Building in Faribault remains closed except for absentee voting.

Bohlen was, "Grateful that the protest that was here in Faribault was respectful. People certainly have the right to voice their frustration and again law enforcement is in agreement with the protesters that what happened was wrong.
