The Owatonna Police Department is offering the Academy this year, starting October 28th.

I was given the opportunity to participate in a ride-along with one of the officers, in order to see what it is really like to be in the squad

The officers are held to a high standard as far as using force,

Overheard last night was the statement that everyone should take this class. I wholeheartedly agree.
