The Rice County 4-H Ambassadors will be hosting a FREE Easter Egg Hunt Saturday Morning April 9, 2022 on the Rice County Fairgrounds and everyone is welcome! Families can begin arriving at 10:00 am Saturday morning. The actual Easter Egg Hunt will be broken into three age categories: ages 2-5 will begin at 10:15, grades K-2 will begin at 10:30 and then grades 3-5 will begin at 10:45.

The hunt will be outside so dress appropriately. The forecast for Saturday is sunny with a high temperature of 50 degrees. Given all the cold rain and snow we have seen this week, I guess the Rice County 4-H Ambassadors have some "pull" with Mother Nature to get a nice day? You do not have to be a 4-H Family to attend the Easter Egg Hunt. By the way I heard from a very reliable source the Easter Bunny will be there!

In addition the Rice County 4-H Ambassadors will have a number of hands-on-activities along with hot chocolate and lemonade for the kids too! The last two years was a virtual hunt because of the pandemic so I am sure this in-person Easter Egg Hunt will be more fun for the kids.
