It is the time of year where it seems like everywhere you go there is a pumpkin spice flavored food or beverage. The coffee houses have pumpkin spice flavored coffees, creamers, and desserts. You can buy pumpkin spice creamers at the grocery stores, and it seems as though pumpkin spice is the flavor of the season.

I was at the grocery store yesterday with my daughter and saw that popcorn now has pumpkin spice flavoring. Not only do they have pumpkin spice, they also have candy corn seasoning. Well, you know we had to buy some, just to try it. I do like pumpkin spice, in fact I sometimes use a little extra in my pies and desserts, when I bake, just because I like the combination of spices that make up the pumpkin spice.

I do have to say that I was not really impressed with the pumpkin spice kettle corn. We tried it, and neither one of us were completely overwhelmed with the desire to buy more. It wasn't bad, just not something I would buy again for myself. The candy corn flavored kettle corn was really good though, and I would definitely buy that one again. I really enjoy popcorn, kettle corn, popcorn balls, popcorn salad (it's a thing and I have a great recipe if anyone is interested) I just wasn't impressed with pumpkin spice kettle corn.

Let us know, is there something that should just not be made with pumpkin spice as a flavoring? Or, is there something you would like to see that is pumpkin spice flavored?
