Phyllis Jean Wilcox, age 71, of Owatonna, MN, formerly of South St. Paul, MN, passed away on November 15, 2023, at the Emeralds in Faribault, MN, following a short illness.

A Celebration of Life will be 11:00 AM on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Brick-Meger Funeral Home (1603 Austin Road, Owatonna). Friends may greet the family one hour prior to the Celebration of Life at the funeral home.
