Police are asking for the publics help in finding the person responsible for holding up the Premier Bank location Saturday morning. 

According to a press release from the Northfield Police Department at approximately 11:30 am on Saturday, October 27th a person entered the Premier Bank location on the 100 block of 5th Street East in Northfield and approached a bank teller, and displayed a black, semi-automatic handgun. The man then demanded money and exited the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Northfield Police are asking for any information on the identity of the suspect or any other information regarding the suspect. If you have any information to help identify or locate the suspect you are asked to contact the Northfield Police Department at 507-645-4477 of the FBI at 763-569-8000.

The subject is considered to be armed and dangerous, you are asked not to approach the suspect and to call law enforcement if you see the person instead.
