The Minnesota Lottery announced yesterday that one of the Minnesota Millionaire Raffle Ticket winners has come forward to claim their prize at lottery headquarters in Roseville. That winner, Charles Wylie of Elko New Market, is Minnesota's first millionaire of the year.

According to a social media post by the Minnesota Lottery, Charles told them that this year was only the third year that he purchased Raffle tickets. "I had two strikes and this year it was a home run!" Wylie bought his winning ticket at a Shell station in Burnsville.

The other million-dollar winner in the raffle was claimed by Camhong Ly of Minneapolis according to the Minnesota Lottery website. That ticket was sold at a Cub Foods in Brooklyn Center that will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling Ly's ticket.

Now just because you didn't win the million dollars doesn't mean that your ticket is worthless as there are several other dollar amounts you may have won. Check your raffle ticket numbers here.
