Bear Paw Coffee Opening Soon in Byron, Minnesota!

I happened to be hanging out on Facebook over the weekend and saw something that make me smile from ear to ear.  Byron, Minnesota is getting a coffee shop!  Bear Paw Coffee is a new venture that is going to be bringing some caffeine to this town that is just a few miles to the West of Rochester.

At Bear Paw Coffee we intend to pride ourselves in being Locally Sourced & Community Inspired What that means is we will be wanting to work with YOU and hear from YOU!..our friends, family, neighbors, and community members every step of the way.


A few FAQ’s have been coming through and we’ll continue to keep this page updated but here’s what we can answer for now:


LOCATION: We will be conveniently located off of Hwy 14 and the frontage road on the corner of High Point Drive and High Point Place, across from Anytime Fitness and kiddie corner behind Subway. This amazing corner lot will be perfect to offer 2 entrances & 2 exits allowing fast, friendly service to our busy customers.

HOURS: To be determined, but we plan to have extended business hours 7 days per week. Likely 5:30am-7pm weekdays and morning + afternoon hours on the weekends. We’ll be asking for community input on preferred hours so please stay tuned


SIT DOWN OR DRIVE THRU: We will offer 2 drive thru lanes/windows at Bear Paw Coffee. There will not be indoor seating but we will be building an outdoor seating area for our customers to enjoy in the warmer MN months ☀️

WHEN WILL YOU OPEN: We are aiming for early spring 2022 opening. We anticipate construction to start the 1st week of December and as we all know MN winter conditions will largely dictate how quickly progress is made


ARE YOU HIRING: We will be! In the upcoming months we will be accepting applications. We hope to bring jobs to the Byron community to individuals who meet our high standards of reliability, friendliness, and excitement. We look forward to providing a fun, healthy work environment for our employees where they will master many important life skills.


DO YOU HAVE A MENU: This is also in progress and will be largely determined through community feedback and suggestions. We will have the capacity and equipment to meet the needs and preferences of many and hope to offer a versatile menu ☕️
