My gluten-intolerant belly is jumping for joy!

My best friend and I will literally drop everything to enjoy these ridiculously tasty gluten free goodies. And, I'm not going to lie to you, we legit order one of everything on the menu. I'm going to apologize in advance for creating your newest obsession. ;)

For more than 5 years now, I've been avoiding gluten. If I have gluten, it's the equivalent to having food poisoning. While that's heart breaking, I'm so incredibly grateful for places like this. Giving me the ability to eat scrumptious fair food without the pain - literally.

You read that right. Gluten free FAIR FOOD!! I'm talking cheese curds, corn dogs, AND funnel cake. Drool.

Auntie M's is a big deal and started setting up at the State Fair in 2021. And now, they're coming back to Rochester! Yay!

If you haven't heard of Auntie M's before, allow me to introduce you to my all time favorite food truck. According to their Facebook page, they are Celiac owned and operated, also the first and only GFFS validated food truck in the country!!
