Eggflip Announces They’re Closing Their Rochester Location
Back at the end of October, I wrote about a new place coming to downtown Rochester called Eggflip. They opened at the beginning of November and they're a Korean-inspired breakfast spot.
Sadly, though, they'll be closing their Rochester location at the end of June. But... could there be something else in the works?

Their specialty is the variety of egg sandwiches that they offer, like Eggvocado, Spamtastic, and Cool Guy Bacon. They also offers bowls, which is kind of like a deconstructed version of their sandwiches, and wraps.
Eggflip in Rochester, MN Closing
Eggflip's Rochester location is in the First Ave. Food Court in Downtown Rochester. It's in the Skyway level, in case you've never been to that part of downtown before.
In the announcement about their closing, they don't mention a specific reason for the closure, but they do express their gratitude:
We are incredibly grateful for the love, support, and encouragement you’ve shown us since day one. Every visit, every order, every recommendation, and every kind word has meant the world to us.
They'll be closing Friday, June 26th... but could there be another Eggflip location coming?
Is Eggflip Opening a New Rochester Location?
This is all speculation, but in their announcement, it has wording like "EGGFLIP will be closing our current location" and "We are exploring what’s next, and this isn’t goodbye."
Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but this could mean that they're going to be hunting for a new location in town!
Eggflip at Thursdays Downtown
Regardless of if they'll be opening a new location, they WILL be at every Thursdays Downtown this summer.
