To all who work behind the Customer Service counter at a store - you all deserve a raise!  I used to work retail, I even helped manage a few stores up in the Twin Cities area and I remember the items that people tried to return.

The worst return I ever saw was a really rude woman who bought a pair of black pants from the store.  She wore the pants when her legs were peeling from a sunburn, and when she tried to return them, her dead skin was all over the inside.  I could see the dead skin.  It was as gross as it sounds.  #TrueStory

This was one of the first "Karens" I had experienced...and when she asked to "talk to the manager", I let her know she was already speaking to her.

At Walmart alone, millions of returns are processed every year.   Some returns are valid, but before you look through your purse for your receipt and go to the store, you may want to review Walmart's rules about returns.  They have quite a few items that you can not bring back to their stores.
