Popular Rochester Restaurant Hoping to Open a Second Location

I was over by Walmart the other day in NW Rochester and noticed a little sign near the old Compcare building.  It was too dark for me to see at the time but thanks to an update by Bucky Beeman and documents submitted to the City of Rochester, I got the scoop.

One of the top restaurants in Minnesota, according to Yelp, opened up its first location in Rochester in January 2022.  If you haven't been there, you've got to go in at least once.  Not only is the food amazing but you can watch them pull the noodles while you wait.  Based on the latest info, it sounds like First Meeting Noodle wants to expand in the Med City.
