There are some changes in the weekly Minnesota Volleyball Coaches Association rankings.

Cannon Falls drops from the top of Class AA to #3 due to split results with Farmington, Tartan, New Life Academy and a loss to Grand Rapids in the Wally Wakefield Invitational at Tartan High School.

Bethlehem Academy lost three matches in a tournamejnt at Apple Valley featuring big schools.

They fell to #3 ranked 4A East Ridge 25-11, 25-17.   4A Also Receiving Votes, Shakopee 25-14, 25-19 and Willmar 25-9, 25-16.

Owatonna had a couple wins in the Southwest Minnesota Challenge in Marshall defeating Bloomington Jefferson and Totino-Grace.

Northfield was in the same tournament and fell to Lakeville South 25-23, 25-18. They achieved a blistering .559 team hitting percentage in a 25-19, 25-12 win over Bloomington Jefferson and clipped Chaska 25-11, 25-21 while connecting at .266.

Waterville-Elysian-Morristown hosted a tournament.

The Cleveland Clippers won the tournament by defeating both Nova Classical Academy and WEM to run their record to 8-0.

Caledonia defeated Stewartville 26-24, 25-18.

New Prague bested Kasson-Mantorville 25-20, 25-19 at Shakopee Invitational.
