Rochester Man Sentenced to Prison in Fentanyl Trafficking Case
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man is headed to prison for a drug trafficking conviction.
27-year-old Devantae Noiheuan-Osborne was charged with three counts of first-degree drug sales as the result of a Rochester police investigation that spanned several months during the summer of 2024. The criminal complaint accused him of selling fentanyl pills to a Rochester police informant on three different occasions.
Sold Informant More Than 120 Fentanyl Pills
The court document says Noiheuan-Osborne sold the informant at least 40 pills during each transaction. The sales occurred at Noiheuan-Osborne's home in southeast Rochester.
A search warrant was executed at the residence in September 2024, which led to the discovery of two fentanyl pills.

Guilty Plea Entered in December
Noiheuan-Osborne entered into a plea agreement last December, just as his case was about to go to trial. He admitted to one of the first-degree drug sale charges in exchange for the dismissal of the two other counts.
