
3 Young Children Among 7 People Involved in St. Charles Crash

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Seven people were involved in a two-vehicle crash this morning in St. Charles, but only one person was transported to a hospital for treatment.
The State Patrol says 52-year-old Kimberly Shealy of St. Charles was driving an SUV west on Highway 14 in her vehicle collided with a pickup truck that was traveling north on a city street that intersects with the highway. The crash was reported just before 7:30 AM near the Kwik Trip Store in St. Charles.
Shealy was transported by ambulance to the Olmsted Medical Center Hospital in Rochester to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. She had three passengers in her SUV, including a two-year-old girl, but they were not hurt.
The other driver was identified as 33-year-old Amber Sengthongphat. She and her two passengers, two girls ages five and 10, also escaped the crash without injuries.
