Pretty much at this time of year every neighborhood has some sort of light display.  There are also several light displays all over in surrounding towns that are a bit more organized.  As in some that are put together by some organization... whether it was put together by the city or possibly another organization in the community.

We have also seen those great light displays that some people put together are set to music and it's pretty awesome.  We have also seen the social media post with some fabulous light display with the "ditto" next to it.  So innovative.  (sarcasm).

HOW GREAT IS IT WHEN THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD GETS TOGETHER

How cool would it be if the entire neighborhood got together and synchronized all of the lights in the entire neighborhood and then even added music?

That is what a neighborhood did in Farmington, Minnesota did.  It's pretty awesome.  They even have a Facebook page called the 12 Homes of Christmas.  The display runs every night from 5pm until 10pm and will continue throughout the holiday season.

THIS STORY WAS FEATURED ON THE LOCAL NEWS

They were featured on KARE 11, and then posted about that on the social media page.  It's great when they feature a medium sized town and point out all the work that it took to put this light display together.

If you happen to be South of the twin cities any time during the holiday season, you might want to stop by and check out this display.  Just a slow drive through it would bring even the biggest Scrooge some holiday cheer!
