Hilary Duff Announces Minnesota Show After 19-Year Gap
One of the biggest stars of the early 2000s, who became a household name through her hit Disney Channel show, is all grown up and heading back to the big stage. This summer, she is making a long-awaited return to Minnesota.
At just 13 years old, Hilary Duff became the face of Disney Channel’s Lizzie McGuire. By 15, she had transformed into a full-fledged pop star. Her second album, Metamorphosis, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and went four times Platinum.

Now 38 years old and a mom of four, Duff is stepping back into the spotlight with a major tour that includes a stop at Minnesota’s newest large-scale, outdoor venue.
Minnesota Return Nearly Two Decades Later
In January, Duff performed a short run of intimate shows she called “Small Rooms, Big Nerves.” Those nerves appear to be long gone. She has now announced a much larger international run that includes a Las Vegas residency and tour stops across Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and North America.
Duff will make her long-awaited Minnesota return with the Lucky Me Tour on Saturday, July 25 at Mystic Lake Amphitheater in Shakopee. She will be joined by special guests LaRoux and Jade.
The artist presale begins Wednesday, February 18. Fans can sign up in advance for access. General ticket sales start Friday, February 20 at 10 AM.
It has been nearly 20 years since Duff last performed in Minnesota. Her previous stop was during the 2007 Dignity Tour at Target Center in Minneapolis. That performance took place inside what is now known as U.S. Bank Theater, a smaller setup within the arena rather than the full 19,000 seat configuration.

This time, she returns as a seasoned performer, balancing global tour dates, a Vegas residency, and a career that has spanned television, music, and film. For Minnesota fans who grew up during the Lizzie McGuire era, this summer show at Mystic Lake Amphitheater is shaping up to be more than just another concert. It feels like a full-circle moment.
