We’re In Love With Superior’s Newest Asian Cuisine
Ok, so I've had a few meals at the Superior Ramen House since it opened up last year. I have to say, I'm quite impressed. The small restaurant serves up big flavors and offers menu items you can't find anywhere else in the area.
The Superior Ramen House opened its doors about a year ago this July. They, of course, offer ramen, but also have many other menu items. They serve Bento Boxes, Japanese Curry, and Teriyaki dishes. The Superior Ramen House also has full bar service and Sake!
Seriously, Sake has been my new go-to for whenever I eat Japanese cuisine. It really takes the experience to the next level.
My first taste of Superior Ramen House was their Miso Soup. Miso Soup is one of my favorite appetizers. Theirs tasted a little sweeter than some of the others I had, but I enjoyed the different flavor.
Next, I had the Beef Asparagus Skewers with Teriyaki sauce. It was phenomenal. The beef was tender, the asparagus had just the right amount of crunch, and the veggies on the skewer were a nice touch. I highly recommend.
My wife and daughter both loved their meals at the Superior Ramen House as well. My wife loved her Chicken Shoyu, which is egg noodles, soft-boiled egg, bean sprouts, fish cake, bamboo shoots, corn, and scallions.

My daughter tried a Bento Box. She ordered the Fried Chicken Cutlet Bento. It's a deep-fried chicken with rice. It comes with edamame and pork gyoza.

She ate the whole thing. I was curious as to what a Bento Box was. Bento translates to "convenient." A Bento Box is an easy-to-carry meal. Makes sense, right?
They offer a whole lot more that I haven't had the chance to try yet. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
