As the state of Minnesota continues to dig out from the last 48 hours of rain, sleet, and snow there is some good news off to our west. In a tweet this morning MnDOT District 6 announced that I-90 west of Blue Earth was back open for motorists.

Well now that you've allowed yourself some good news, the National Weather Service out of Sioux Falls, SD is tracking another possible snow event that could make it's way here by Tuesday.

So keep those snowblowers gassed up, as it appears we are going to go from winter to summer this year. The 10-day forecast indicates by next weekend we will have highs approaching 50 and by mid next week, our daily high temps could be in the 60's.
