During a trip back to Owatonna over the holiday break, Zeman joined a KRFO broadcast to express her excitement of playing college basketball, "Amazing. I love my team. I love playing there. It's just a cool atmosphere." She said she really enjoyed the different pace of the college game, "The shot clock is for sure different. It's a big jump from high school, just the physicality and just how fast it is out there."

Her former high school teammate Sydney Schultz played this past winter for Division II Concordia of St. Paul appearing in nine games.

In a related note, Owatonna grad Nolan Malo landed All-First Year honors with the MIAC while playing for Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter.

Congratulations to another recent H & R Block Stat Sheet Stuffer, sophomore Owatonna High School swimmer Fletcher Schultz who broke the school record in the 100 backstroke during the recent section meet with a time of 54.88.

In an email to KRFO radio coach Peter Rhodes stated, "He swam the race only one time coming into section prelims seeded 1:00.64 and went 55.91. After prelims he was about a half-second away from the record. In finals the next day he went 54.88."
