WATCH LIVE: Minnesota Gov Walz Announces New COVID-19 Restrictions
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is scheduled to address Minnesotans during a live press conference today Wednesday, November 18 at 6:00 PM to announce the next steps in the state's response to COVID-19.
Last week Governor Walz announced new restrictions for bars restaurants that include a 10 pm curfew, no bar seating, and no standing games such as darts and pool. Attendance at weddings, funerals, and private gatherings was also curtailed. Sources say Gov. Walz is expected to turn back the dial again today with stricter restrictions on restaurants, bars, and fitness centers limiting to takeout-only for four weeks, with gyms and fitness centers ordered to close for the same period.
