Flooding Reported in Parts of Northern Iowa

Undated (KROC AM News) -  The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for the Mason City/Charles City area of northeast Iowa.

The agency says rain totals as high as 4 inches were reported around 8:00 AM Friday.

A state highway near Manly was closed due to flooding and others were threatened by rising water, including a section of Interstate 35.

The warning will be in effect through 2:00 PM Friday.
