COVID-19: Minnesota Reports Rising ICU Numbers

St Paul (KROC AM News) - The latest report on COVID-19 activity in Minnesota shows the number of positive cases has grown to just shy of 22,000.
That’s an increase of 652 from Monday.
The number of deaths has risen by 18 to 899. One of the latest deaths was reported in Goodhue County, which now has a total of three. Of the overall total, 732 involved residents of congregate care facilities.
The daily report from the Minnesota Dept. of Health shows the number of hospitalized COVID-19 patients fell from Monday’s record of 605 to 570. But the number of patients in intensive care rose by ten to reach a record 258.
The total number of tests has increased to nearly 210,000, up 5800 from Monday’s total.
