Celebration of Gordy’s Induction into Faribault Sports Hall of Fame

We as a team of the Townsquare Media Faribault/Owatonna market had an amazing celebration this morning for our hard-working co-worker, Gordy Kosfeld who has been honored as an inductee for The Faribault Sports Hall of Fame!

Recently an article from Faribault Daily News, it is noted that “KDHL’s Gordy Kosfeld will be inducted as a member of the media in Faribault who has been a huge advocate and supporter for Faribault area sports since 1987, broadcasting high school games in various sports, as well as work for both St. Olaf and Carleton colleges.” Gordy Also just recently celebrated his 35^th Anniversary with Townsquare!

We as a team here celebrate all accomplishments big and small, and because not all of us could attend the event occurring this Friday, we all wanted to share a time with Gordy to celebrate!

Here pictured of course is the cake we made for Gordy; with the colors of the various teams, he has helped broadcast. And of course, Gordy being Gordy with his cake (don’t worry, he liked it)!

Once again, congratulations to our Gordy Kosfeld and all that he has accomplished big and small during his 35 years here at Townsquare!
