Beverly Hills Mansion Where Prince Once “Lived” is On the Market
For the low low price of $30 Million, you can own "Prince's Purple Palace".
You also have the option to pay rent, which is $80,000 a month. Maybe, just like gas prices falling, you might be able to get an amazing deal on interest rates on a mortgage! Located at 1235 Sierra Alta Way in iconic Beverly Hills, California, the Mansion was actually owned by former NBA Star Carlos Boozer. How is Prince involved in this? Well I will tell you.
Back in 2004, Prince rented the place from Boozer. According to Bring Me the News, while there, the Minnesota Pop Icon "Princeified" the Mansion by adding pictures of himself in every room, changed the weight room to a dance club, and even swapped out the lion statues that "guarded" the entrance with the Prince Symbol. Boozer was unhappy with all the changes, but Prince made sure everything was back to normal once his lease was up and did just that. It was like he was never there!
