How much pizza is too much pizza? Okay, that's a dumb question.

Last week we reported that Tinn's Wings, Subs & Beer on South Broadway had closed for good. It now appears the building won't be empty for long.

Marty Gritz, who owns both Dominoes pizza franchises in Rochester, is trying to buy the building to open a third establishment. This new store would be a major help to the 3rd street location, which he says is one of the busiest in the state!

Gritz told Jeff Kiger from the Rochester Post-Bulletin that it won't be long if all goes well, "We've been trying to buy a new south location for a few months. We're looking at a mid-March closing of the deal and then a mid-summer opening, after some remodeling."

Gritz, who started many years ago as a pizza delivery man, plans to promote from within. His pizza locations currently employee approximately 60 people. He plans to hire another 25-30 for the new location.
