The Minnesota State Fair is upon us with more food, animals, exhibits, and attractions than you can shake food-on-a-stick at. There are 30 new foods this year. Bring some money. It is going to cost you.
The Renaissance Festival is underway in Shakopee. The chance to interact with themed characters, watch jousting and other unique shows is a great trip through time. This year marks the 49th celebration of the 16th Century. The grounds features 16 performance stages.
