OHS boys tennis continued its strong season with a 7-0 sweep of Albert Lea on Tuesday. The Huskies will play at No. 2 seed Lakeville North on Thursday at 4PM. Check all the local scores.

In their first year back in the Big Nine Conference, the Raiders are on the verge of capturing the league baseball title. The Scarlets are close to their third straight softball crown.

Owatonna baseball played one game and completed another one on Friday. OHS softball, boys track, boys golf and boys tennis were all in action as well.

Seven Owatonna High School teams hit the fields, tracks, courts and courses on Tuesday. Northfield got the better of the Huskies in baseball, softball and boys lacrosse.

For the first time since 2010 the Huskies have a win over Mankato East in fast-pitch softball. Owatonna High School rallied for a 6-5 victory in a cold, wind-driven rain to split the action at Morehouse Park.

The Wild and Twins both won Thursday. Owatonna High School baseball, boys tennis, girls golf and girls lacrosse all won, too.

The baseball season opened for the Huskies on Friday night with a 2-1 win over Rochester Century in eight innings. Owatonna High School softball lost 10-1 to Rochester JM on Friday.
