The Redhawks hit eight three-pointers to build a 42-24 lead by halftime. Jalen Suggs scored 17 of his 25 points before halftime, while connecting on a trio of treys.

The defending section Panthers pulled out a 49-47 victory in the Section 2AA south subsection semifinals at Mankato East High School on Brady Agrimson's two free throws with :02.5 remaining.
