Huskies’ Basketball Splits with Red Wing
An early double-digit lead didn't stand for the Owatonna girls' basketball team at Red Wing, who won 66-54. The OHS boys pulled away in the second half for a 76-49 win over the Wingers in Owatonna.

Owatonna Hockey Teams Win Tight Games
The Owatonna boys' hockey team won 3-1 at East Ridge Tuesday. Tyler Wencl scored twice and Nate Smith notched an empty-net goal for the final difference. The OHS girls rallied from a 3-0 deficit to beat Mankato East 5-4 on Margo Achterkirch's goal in the closing minute.
