KRFO Radio Pup of the Week

Dexter is the KRFO Radio Pup of the Week. Dexter is part chihuahua and has been in foster care since July. He's just shy of being 6 years old. Dexter would be best off in a quiet home without children and no cats. He gets along with other dogs but tends to not want to play with them. Can't blame him. What little chihuahua would want to roughhouse with a St. Bernard? Dexter enjoys cuddling under the covers with his master.

He's been vet checked, dewormed, vaccinated and microchipped. Dexter has been potty trained, but if he is left alone for a long time he sometimes has an accident. His adoption fee is $200.

The Humane Society will have a Pet Adoption Day on Saturday, December 17, from 1-3PM at SMART Transit in Owatonna. The Humane Society offers gift certificates if you're thinking of giving a pet as a gift this season.

You're also invited to the Merry Market, which benefits the Humane Society. It will be Saturday, December 17, from 9AM to 2PM at the Owatonna Eagles. Santa and the Golden Tones will be appearing.
