The Lunar Eclipse on early Tuesday the 15th was cool, and it was cold.  I took a few pictures with my digital camera.   They turned out pretty good.  There was a cool halo around the moon as the eclipse was happening...the moon started to turn red, because all the Earth's sunsets are reflected onto it.  The last picture is a little blurry but it kind of shows that.  It is much better live.  This is a series of four consecutive total eclipses known as...Tetrad.  Here is a list of dates for the next three: October 8, 2014; April 5, 2015; September 28, 2015.  Here are the good pictures from an early, chilly Tuesday morning.
