Additional Information

On March 1, Steele County Republicans will gather at Owatonna High School in the gym to caucus. Caucusing can be as simple as casting your ballot for the presidential candidate you favor to be the party nominee. You can do this between 6:30-8PM.

You can also stay and join with other members from your neighborhood and let your voice be heard about what you want your party and politicians to fight for.

The opening ceremony will be at 6:30PM and precinct caucuses will meet at 7PM.

If you have any questions about the caucus, contact Steele County Republican Party office at Dave Thul, 612-396-6389.

You are eligible to participate in the caucus if:
1. You live in the precinct.
2. You are at least 18 years old and otherwise qualified to vote by November 8, 2016, to vote on the preference ballot, or to run for, or vote for, Organizing Unit convention delegate or alternate.
3. You are at least 16 years old by November 8, 2016, to participate in all other caucus business.
4. You are not an active member of any other political party.
