Owatonna Forward wants to engage your voice for helping to define the future of our community. Owatonna Forward is a grassroots “community visioning” effort that seeks to ensure a healthy and prosperous future for the citizens of Owatonna.

Your candid, open and respectful thoughts about our community are requested through taking a short online community perception survey and attending a public input session.
