Blooming Prairie Rib Cookoff on June 27

The Blooming Prairie Boys and Girls Club will be hosting a Rib Cookoff on Saturday, June 27, at the Serviceman's Club. There also will be a steak cookoff. To preregister, call Eric at (507) 251-9951.

The entry fee is $50. There also will be a burger competition for kids. Kids, just bring your ingredients, the meat will be provided.

New this year will be a rib dinner served up starting at 3PM till it's gone. Tickets will be available at the door.

There will also be a silent auction, which will include items such as hotel stays, sauces, golf packs and more.

Proceeds go to benefit the Blooming Prairie Boys and Girls Club.
