The State Patrol report states more information will be released at 11:00 tonight on the Rice County mishap.

On Friday, February 21, the Exchange Club of Steele County recognized their 2020 "Peace Officer of the Year" during their regular meeting that morning.

At approximately 11:27 am, on December 10th, Flategraff was sentenced and remanded into custody to be transported to the Steele County Detention Center. Flategraff fled the Courthouse before he could be transported.
