Faribault is at St. Benedict Saturday for a Noon game then goes to Webster Sunday for another Noon contest before wrapping up their regular season in New Prague Monday at 7:30 p.m.
Faribault dropped their record to 10-11 while Montgomery improved to 13-9. In DRS action the Mallards are 12-7, Lakers 8-7 according to the schedule listing on the Minnesota Baseball Association website.
St. Benedict evened their series with Webster by winning 7-0 in New Prague. The two teams play in Lonsdale Friday night at 7:30 p.m. with the winner going to St. Patrick Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
Faribault doesn't have to play this week. Lonsale ended up being the #7 seed after finishing the season tied with St. Benedict and Prior Lake. Prior Lake won the tiebreaker with both teams to capture the #6 seed. Lonsdale owned the tiebreaker with St. Benedict. The Aces play Tuesday at home against Shakopee.
The Lakers (18-12) host Lonsdale in their final regular season game Sunday. KDHL Radio will be broadcasting the game beginning 1:50 p.m. 920 AM, 97.9 FM and worldwide on the FREE KDHL app.
Faribault has 3 regular season games remaining. Wednesday they host Veseli, Friday at Dundas and Sunday close the regular season at home against Lonsdale.
The Jacks finish their regular season Sunday against the Winona Chiefs in Wanamingo. It will be free hot dogs for everybody at Memorial Field in Wanamingo.
